Senior Interior Designer – High-End Residential Design

Key Responsibilities

• Support all phases of the design process, including:

  • Concept Development

  • Schematic Design

  • Design Development

  • Construction Documentation

  • Construction Administration

• Produce accurate and detailed AutoCAD drawings.

• Develop design presentations, mood boards, and material palettes.

• Manage specifications and FF&E selections across multiple active projects.

• Coordinate remotely with vendors, contractors, consultants, and fabricators.

• Handle vendor communications, pricing requests, purchase orders, and order tracking.

• Participate in virtual project meetings and project coordination.

• Support project administration, including scheduling, project tracking, and correspondence.

• Maintain design quality and project standards throughout all phases.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in high-end residential interior design.

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD with strong technical drafting skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator).

• Strong understanding of construction documents and the ability to read and interpret complete building drawing sets.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional accuracy and organization.

• Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection and availability to collaborate during U.S. business hours.
