About the Position: The Sr .NET Full Stack Dev is responsible for guiding and overseeing the technical development of the project, ensuring quality and efficiency. This role will be the primary reference for resolving complex technical issues and making strategic decisions on architecture and best practices. The professional will work closely with the development team, providing technical support and mentorship, and will coordinate directly with the VP of Engineering to align the technical direction with the company’s goals. This role combines advanced programming skills with leadership and empowerment of the team, contributing to project success and innovation.

Work modality: Hybrid Uruguay - Argentina. Offices located in Carrasco (Montevideo) and Villa Crespo (Buenos Aires).

Onboarding: Full-time position based in Montevideo.

Tech Skills:

Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, and related frameworks.

• Proven experience in architecting complex software solutions, focusing on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

• Familiarity with cloud providers (Azure) and experience designing applications for cloud environments.

• Strong knowledge of SQL (SQL Server) databases, with experience in data modeling and optimization.

• In-depth knowledge of design patterns, software engineering best practices, and coding standards.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with a solid understanding of DevOps principles.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with front-end development using React.

• Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience developing and maintaining ADB2C policies.
